The clubs run throughout the year, including October and February half terms, at Christmas, Easter and all 8 weeks of the Summer holidays. Dates are published in advance, and booking is available here.
Sessions run from and wraparound care are available from 8.00am, with children able to be picked up until 5.30pm.
Epic Camps are one of the most trusted holiday clubs Newcastle has to offer, with something for every child:
⚽ Multi-Sport Games – football, dodgeball, cricket, tennis, rounders 🎨 Arts & Crafts – painting, modelling, junk creations, themed art projects 🧩 Team Challenges & Games – obstacle courses, races, group tasks 🎭 Drama & Dance – movement games, performance activities, and fun expression 🧒 Age-Grouped Activities – tailored sessions for ages 3–5, 6–9, and 10–13
For creative kids, it’s the ideal arts and crafts holiday camp, and for the sporty ones, it’s an action-packed adventure!
These Holiday Club sessions are open to all children, regardless of whether they attend Mowden Hall School or not.
