Boarding provision is a significant strength, offering a warm, family-like environment where pupils feel secure, supported and valued. Boarders benefit from excellent routines, strong relationships with staff, and high-quality academic and pastoral support.

 

A broad, inclusive curriculum supports all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, helping them to make good progress through engaging teaching and high-quality resources.

 

Pupil behaviour is calm, respectful and reflective, underpinned by well-embedded character values, effective pastoral care and positive relationships across the school.

 

Pupils develop social awareness and confidence through leadership roles, community involvement, balanced discussions and a wide range of enrichment opportunities.

 

Safeguarding is robust and well managed, with staff confident in procedures, thorough recruitment checks and well-informed pupils who know how to stay safe.
